Mandy Lum

Mandy is Senior Manager at PropertyBank. She has an illustrious career as a leasing manager with UGL Premas for 13 years.

Mandy comes on board bringing her vast experience in lease management. She was responsible for leading the execution of the relocation exercise of Seletar Camp tenants. She worked closely with various government agencies like SLA, JTC, STB and EDB. The portfolio of properties that she managed ranges from large government buildings such as City Hall building and the former Supreme Court to state-owned commercial and retail properties such as Stamford House, Capitol Building, Capitol Centre, Tudor Court and 1 Kay Siang Road (Formerly YOG HQ). Aside from the commercial and retail properties, she has also managed the black and white bungalows owned by the government.

With her organisational and interaction skills, she was involved in the lease transactions for Alucobond, Bank of China, Data Security Systems Solutions, In2, Jenuesse Global, Paeon Medical, and Mann & Hummel.

Her success in undertaking such projects is due to her strong working relationships with owners and tenants. This will continue to drive her towards service excellence at PropertyBank.
